By 2014 we realized that our center of focus isn’t our product, or our customers, or our market. Rather, we determined to venture a more meaningful path. One that was truer to our center where we find the intersections of what we’re passionate about, what problem we are determined to solve, and why that problem matters to begin with. Our new path is to monetize the modern internet with meaningful content, beyond obnoxious ads. With our creative platforms and advertising we believe that these can be high quality and valuable to the user who sees them. That business websites can have clean ads, that are well-integrated to the site they live on. After several years in the making we launched My-Bplans

North West Consulting

In early 2011, we changed our center of gravity to pure business consulting and coaching, putting aside the brick and mortar businesses and focusing on the internet based client. We of course maintained a physical presence, often meeting our clients not in an office environment but a more cost-effective public setting or traveling to the client’s business location. This was key to containing our operating costs and focusing more on the clients. In fact, this move actually drove down the customers billing, saving them money.

Atlantic Medical Supplies

On Monday, March 10th, we opened our second company. With it we are launched a full-line of specialty medical products, the likes of which haven't been seen in consumer-based retail store before. Starting from nothing more than a few products and a large retail space, we had, through hard work, passion and constant innovation, become an established retail brand with some 1000 specialty products that was recognized and respected by all our major competitors. Over the next two years we grew the company to be “cash positive” and eventually sold the company in mid-2011.

North Star Medical

2003 was the biggest step in our career path, we stepped off the path of working for others and opened our first company. Some people are afraid of going the entrepreneur route because of the lack of stability, understandably so. However, more often than not, an entrepreneur functions on instinct, and if you can’t tell what your instinct is telling you, you need to learn how to peel back the noise in your life that is keeping you from hearing it. The company grew quickly to more than 35 fulltime employees over the next eight years.
